Hi! I’m Paulina, I support high-achieving women to live more powerfully and joyfully, clarifying their values and strengthening their intuition to live more purposefully and set goals that feel right for them.
What sets me apart from other wellness experts, is that I’ve been there, done that. I was a very stressed and burnt-out lawyer, until a near-death experience changed my life.
A classic Type A, I lived totally in my mind, until I hit max capacity and my brain and body couldn’t function like before. This led me to understand that we’re more than we think, and I dove deep into discovering my spirit and soul. Now more than ever, we are craving purpose and a sense of aliveness.
My journey through PTSD, depression, and anxiety helped me discover a beautiful new way of being. It’s been my greatest gift to re-connect with myself and understand what it means to truly live. I teach what I’ve learned, to create and support a happier and healthier world.
