How To Manifest

Manifestation is the process of bringing thoughts into reality. We manifest our lives unconsciously every day through our habits (actions & consequences), but the powerful practice can be made conscious through owning our desires and taking aligned action.

The first thing I consciouly manifested was a bag of chips in 2018. The guidance I was given was to think of something small and plausible, that I wanted but wasn’t dying over, so on my way home from work I planted the seed that it was possible a bag of chips would be in my pantry. Lo and behold, I found an (incredibly rare!!!) unfinished bag of salt & vinegar chips, which spurred my journey into conscious manifestation.

We all have an area in which we are expert manifestors. Looking back at your life, maybe you’ve gotten lucky in relationships, or are always being offered exciting new career opportunities. Look back at those incredible and magical life experiences to assure yourself that you’re already a manifestor.

My specialty is homes because I grew up always safe and content in perfect housing. In addition to homes, I’ve manifested multiple juicers, cold hard cash, perfect leather pants, and perfectly timed encounters with people bringing new opportunities into my life (the best!).

Below, I share the six steps of anything you desire. To learn more about my real-life manifesting experiences, click here.

How to Manifest

  1. Get clear on your WHY! What do you desire, how can it support you in living your highest potential, and how do you want to feel ones you’ve attained these things or experiences?

  2. Make your list. Get out a pen and paper and write down everything you desire. Try a mix of big and small things so that you can strengthen your trust muscle in the process. Refer to this list regularly.

  3. Expand yourself and believe what you want is possible. Pay attention to the world around you, and how you feel in it. Listen and take in only what's true for you. Seek out expanders who can show you what you desire is possible, and learn from their process.

  4. Act like it’s already yours and take intuitive action. If you want a new full-time job, take yours seriously and start dressing up for work. New man? Go on sexy solo date nights and “say goodnight” to him before bed. Get quiet, ask yourself simply what the next step is toward your desires and take it, again, again, and again. It will look different than you expect, and that’s the point!

  5. Trust your gut, and say no. On our path, we’ll have to say a lot of nos to things we’d formerly be taking out of desperation. Trust your gut and intuition. It can be scary to say no when we feel it’s the “best we can get”, but you won’t attain these bigger things if you’re still accepting bottom-of-the-barrel options.

  6. Timing is Divine. If what you’re asking for is not coming through, make sure it’s something you truly desire for your highest good, and trust that it will come in time. Sometimes we need to learn through experiences or people in order to reach our next level of self (manifestations).
