Dry Brushing 101
Our skin is the largest organ in our body. Dry brushing is a great way to show yourself some love, and feel incredible in the process. It exfoliates to get rid of dead skin, supports the lymphatic system in detoxifying, and helps get you out of your head, and into your body. To practice, grab a dry brush, and do long, smooth strokes, or circular motions, sweeping toward your heart, jumping into the shower or bath when you’re done. I like to focus up the upper thighs and armpits to generate extra movement. Below, I share a video on how I dry brush.
