Morning Sunshine ๐
Hello angels! Mornings are always a fresh start. A new beginning, a chance to choose how you want to feel and react to the world around you. I love starting my day with some movement, breathwork, and stillness. The movement gets you into your body and out of your mind, increasing the prana flow within and without. It also helps clear any stagnation, mental or physical, thatโs been percolating in your body. Breathwork brings your attention away from your thoughts, giving your body a chance to self soothe and recharge. Then comes the stillness. Ahhhhhh! You get to reap the rewards of your movement and breathwork by sitting in the peace and quiet youโve created.
This is a 15 minute practice to set your energy for the day, whether youโre interested in some clearing and calming, or pumping yourself up! If youโd like, you can press pause at any time and hang out in your flow, whether that be a few extra sun salutations or seated breathing.
